This is a structured session where the parent/carer accompanies the child. The session begins with co-ordination actions often using hand held apparatus to music, followed by activities involving developing balance, co-ordination and strength as they move through an obstacle course of apparatus and equipment. During this class they will learn basic gymnastics skills, They will be awarded a certificate in April and June, at the end of the block.
