Similar to the Harlequins program, this one hour session provides a progression to develop gymnastics skills on a variety of apparatus whilst providing a platform for all abilities to learn new skills. The children will also have the opportunity to work towards and achieve badges and certificates as part of the British Gymnastics Awards Scheme
